Change of Mind

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Hardy Country will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.

Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Exclusions

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable (unless faulty).
